TRAINING
Whole club
If training is to be cancelled for the whole club on a Friday night, an email will be sent to all members and managers of the club to advise of this. Updates will also be posted on the UQ Junior Bullsharks Instagram and Facebook page. If there is any doubt as to whether training is on, please contact your Team Manager or coach.
Individual Team
If a particular team is not planning on training, coaches and managers will ensure that all team members have been notified.
GAMES
The Golden Rule…. unless you hear from the club or your manager assume the game is on! In the past 7 years training has NEVER been cancelled due to weather.
Weekend
If training is to be cancelled for the whole club on a Friday night, an email will be sent to all members and managers of the club to advise of this. Saturday
If all Saturday club games are to be cancelled, an email will be sent to all U6—U9 managers and coaches to advise of this. It is the managers and coaches responsibility to notify parents as a primary point. A message will also be posted on the UQ Junior Bullsharks Instagram and Facebook Page to advise of this.
Sunday
If all Sunday club games are to be cancelled, an email will be sent to all U10 + players to advise of this. A message will also be posted on the UQ Junior Bullsharks Instagram and Facebook Page to advise of this.
Individual Teams
If an individual team’s game has to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions or forfeit by the other team, an email will be sent to each coach and manager of the team affected to advise of this.
